Genes Drafter'ı kurarak ya da kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.

Uygulama ne yapar

Genes Drafter, Brawl Stars dereceli draftında ekranı okuyup seçim önerisi gösteren bağımsız bir hayran uygulamasıdır. Oyunun dosyalarını ya da belleğini değiştirmez, oyuna senin yerine dokunmaz; yalnızca senin izninle ekranı okur ve önerileri oyunun üstünde gösterir.

Supercell ile bağlantısı yoktur

Genes Drafter, Supercell ile bağlantılı değildir; Supercell tarafından desteklenmez ya da onaylanmaz. Brawl Stars, Supercell'in ticari markasıdır. Oyun hesabın Supercell'in kendi koşullarına tabidir; bu koşullara uymak ve uygulamayı oyunla birlikte kullanıp kullanmamaya karar vermek senin sorumluluğundadır.

Garanti verilmez

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Öneriler geçmiş maçların istatistiğine dayanır; doğru, güncel ya da eksiksiz olacağı, maçı kazandıracağı garanti edilmez. Ekran okuma her telefonda ya da oyunun her sürümünde çalışmayabilir; hizmet kesilebilir, değişebilir ya da tamamen sona erebilir.

Sorumluluğun sınırı

Uygulamayı kendi sorumluluğunda kullanırsın. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde geliştirici; kaybedilen maçlardan, kupa ya da rank kaybından, oyun hesabınla ilgili kısıtlamalardan, veri kaybından ya da uygulamanın kullanılmasından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir.

Test sürümü

Kapalı teste katıldıysan deneme aşamasındaki bir sürümü kullanırsın: hata içerebilir, özellikleri haber verilmeden değişebilir. Testten istediğin zaman çıkabilir, uygulamayı silebilirsin.

Ücret

Uygulama şu an ücretsizdir. İleride ücretli bir özellik eklenirse fiyatı ve koşulları satın almadan önce açıkça gösterilir.

Kullanım

Uygulamayı ya da sunucusunu kötüye kullanma: tersine çevirip yeniden dağıtma, sunucuya otomatik istek yağdırma, başkasına zarar verecek biçimde kullanma. Uygulama 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.

By installing or using Genes Drafter you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

What the app does

Genes Drafter is an independent fan app that reads the screen during the Brawl Stars ranked draft and suggests picks. It does not modify the game's files or memory and does not touch the game for you; with your permission it only reads the screen and shows suggestions on top of the game.

Not affiliated with Supercell

Genes Drafter is not affiliated with, sponsored or approved by Supercell. Brawl Stars is a trademark of Supercell. Your game account is subject to Supercell's own terms; following them, and deciding whether to use the app alongside the game, is your responsibility. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". Suggestions are based on statistics from past matches; they are not guaranteed to be accurate, current or complete, or to win you the match. Screen reading may not work on every phone or every version of the game; the service may be interrupted, changed or discontinued.

Limitation of liability

You use the app at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for lost matches, lost trophies or rank, restrictions on your game account, loss of data, or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

Test version

If you joined the closed test you are using a pre-release version: it may contain bugs and its features may change without notice. You can leave the test and uninstall the app at any time.

Price

The app is currently free. If a paid feature is added later, its price and terms will be shown clearly before purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or its server: no reverse engineering for redistribution, no flooding the server with automated requests, no use that harms others. The app is not directed at children under 13.
